Yes, you can either use our self-serve machines, or come by the pickup/dropoff window for us to provide full service.  You’ll be notified when it’s ready by SMS in a day or two.

Our full-service turnaround time depends on how busy we are.  Turnaround times range from same day for a simple job, to up to a week for more complex jobs.  You’ll receive an SMS when your order is ready for pickup.

For 9 of our machines, we have automatic dosing which means you don’t have to bring your own detergent. It’s hypoallergenic too!  The 7kg top loader washing machines do require you to BYO detergent.
